    check-in took way too long, like almost 2 hours. but the staff was super friendly and the breakfast had a lot of varieties! ! the pool area was really nice, making it a great spot to relax! also, the room service was quick and efficient!

    The location of the hotel in Lubumbashi is favourable, near to business centre and the lake and the restaurant and outside. The rooms are tidy and well-equipped with coffee/tea making machines and a writing table.

    The hotel is situated in a great location, next to a beautiful lake and surrounded by picturesque grounds. The proximity to the mining sites in Congo makes it an ideal choice for business travelers. The staff in the restaurant and bar are attentive and provide excellent service.

    No improvements needed, everything was fine.

    The location is perfect, as it is near the lake, and the area is safe. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. We appreciated the fact that the hotel facilities were kept in good condition and we loved the breakfast. The staff was helpful and friendly.

    We recently spent our Christmas holiday at a hotel in Lubumbashi and had a great time. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable with a great selection of delicious pastries and fruits. The hotel location was perfect as it allowed us easy access to the city's key landmarks. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi services that helped us stay connected throughout our stay.

    It didn't meet our expectations and would benefit from a significant improvement. we found the cost of bottled water to be quite expensive compared to prices outside the hotel.

    The complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a great touch. the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city and easy access to transport. the pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

    The air conditioning in the rooms was not effective and the sheets were not ironed properly. the dinner at the hotel restaurant was not worth the price and the staff were not as friendly as expected.
